Welcome to Mountain Azure Tahoe, our cozy Zephyr Cove retreat designed for families, couples, and small groups. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a king bed, queen bed, twin/full sleeping space, plus a sofa bed. Enjoy a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, spa-style bathrooms, a private hot tub, gas fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor patio. The home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided during warmer weather. Parking is available at the property, including space for one vehicle in the garage. We are dog-friendly and love welcoming four-legged family members. A pet fee applies. Our semi-private neighborhood beach is located across Highway 50. Guests should use the designated crosswalk and take extra care when crossing, particularly when traveling with young children. You’ll be close to Heavenly, beaches, hiking, skiing, restaurants, and everything the South Lake Tahoe area has to offer while enjoying a quieter home base in Zephyr Cove.

Please keep in mind that this is a mountain home, so weather and road conditions can change quickly, especially during winter. Guests should come prepared for seasonal driving conditions. We are dog-friendly with a $50 pet fee per dog. Our semi-private neighborhood beach is across Highway 50 and requires crossing the highway at the designated crosswalk. Families with small children should use extra caution. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours. Wildlife, including bears, is common in the Lake Tahoe area. Please never leave food or trash outside and always secure doors and trash containers.

Heavenly Village, the gondola, restaurants, shopping, casinos, and entertainment in South Lake Tahoe are just a short drive away. In the other direction, you’ll find Zephyr Cove Beach and more of Tahoe’s beautiful eastern shoreline. The neighborhood has a relaxed, residential mountain feel where pine trees, fresh mountain air, lake views, and local wildlife—including bears—are all part of the Tahoe experience. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the lake while still having a peaceful place to come back to.

Guests have access to the entire home, private outdoor patio, hot tub, BBQ, gas fire pit, and one-car garage. Please make yourself at home and enjoy the property. Any locked owner or supply closets are reserved for our team and are not available for guest use.

Our semi-private neighborhood beach is accessible on foot using the designated crosswalk across Highway 50. Please use extra caution when crossing, especially with young children. For families who prefer not to cross the highway on foot, Zephyr Cove Resort & Beach is about 3 miles away by car and offers easier beach access and parking. Rideshare availability can vary, particularly during busy seasons and later in the evening, so we recommend having your own vehicle for the most flexibility.
